Here again I work typically with business leaders or business owners who wish to understand deeper and get an expert view on qualities and potential of their executive team or individuals. My leadership assessments combine the best of traditional approaches (such as competency based assessment and referencing) with expertly structured personal interviews to yield a deeper understanding of the executive’s personality traits, and to surface underlying attributes that will predict future development and performance in new and more demanding executive roles.

When practical for the client, we can review previous performance evaluations or build on their assessment methods. My approach is not about ‘‘reinventing a wheel“, it is about an indepent and unbiast view of an executive’s abilities. I develop a most suitable and sensitive approach together with my clients for each of  their situations.
