Rising to the challenges of a new position is both exciting but also demanding.  I work with newly appointed senior executives and GM/CEO’s. My many years of executive search experience well serve my clients in making them impactful sooner while adapting faster to a new setting.

A lot of expectations are involved when moving to C-level position. It is proven that an onboarding increases an impact in a position and decreases risk of mistakes. The return on investment on both sides comes back sooner.

The program is 3-6months long on average. The main focus is on working with the newly appointed executive and the key stakeholders. We will define how “success should look like”, main goals and priorities for the first year in the position.
