MY BIO

Alice Punch has nearly two decades of management consulting experience across a wide range of industries and geographies. A global citizen, Alice has lived and worked in Canada, USA, Europe, and the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) and has a particularly deep understanding of Central Europe.  Her core expertise lies in helping senior leaders improve business performance through leadership development, change management, talent assessment and executive recruitment advisory.

Alice has held several senior management positions in both professional services and in industry. Furthermore, she served as Group HR  Director for a division of Sanofi, the global pharmaceutical leader. Her consulting career includes leadership of Korn/Ferry International’s EMEA Consumer Practice after having successfully founded the Firm’s Prague office. Prior to that she also served in market leadership role for Central and Eastern Europe, including Russia, at Egon Zehnder. Alice began her management consulting career with BearingPoint, previously the Barents Group (a KPMG company), where she advised Boards of financial institutions in Central & Eastern Europe and MENA.

Alice Punch earned a MBA in Strategy & International Management from the Katz Graduate School of Business (USA) as well as an MS in Material Engineering & Management.  Additionally, she has courses in executive assessments, coaching and mentoring.

Alice works globally in English and Czech. My Russian and German are intermediate.
